Before stepping into this position, I saw the President as a position that, of course, oversaw chapter operations and ensured its success in every facet. Though it has only been a few months, I look back and realize how much more I have learned and gained beyond simply overseeing - this position is an opportunity to get to know my chapter and the greater Panhellenic community in a completely different environment with a fresh pair of eyes. My sole goal is to represent my chapter and reflect the values of this community, while championing those around me to do the same. I am there not to oversee, but to support and contribute to the growth of the women around me, while I grow alongside them. And to think, there are many more months to come!
